Governing terms

Teleos is a product of Wiglaf Software™, a registered DBA of Rowe Innovations, LLC. Unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise, use of Teleos and teleos.dev is governed by the  Wiglaf Software Terms of Service, which defers to the  Rowe Innovations, LLC Terms of Service. This page documents Teleos-specific terms that apply in addition to those.

Waitlist

By submitting your email on teleos.dev, you agree to receive product updates, launch announcements, and related communications from Wiglaf Software about Teleos. We won't spam you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not share your email with third parties outside of Buttondown, which delivers our email.

The software

Teleos is self-hosted software. You install and run it on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for your deployment, your GitHub token, the security of your environment, and the data your instance holds.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. Wiglaf Software and Rowe Innovations, LLC are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the software.

Full software license terms — covering tiers, license keys, permitted use, and support obligations — will be published at launch. Pre-launch, the software is available for evaluation purposes only.

Intellectual property

Teleos™, the Wiglaf Software™ name, and associated marks are property of Rowe Innovations, LLC.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. Continued use of teleos.dev after changes constitutes acceptance.
